Absolutely! After signing up for our services, Aubrey and/or her team will visit your home to meet you and your furry family members for a personalized consultation. During this visit, we'll discuss your pets' feeding, potty, and play routines, any medical requirements, and address any additional services you'd like us to provide. We’re here to ensure everything is tailored to your pet’s needs!
You'll have the opportunity to meet Aubrey and/or her team in person, so you can feel confident about who will be caring for your fur kid(s). During the consultation, we'll go over their daily routine, feeding instructions, favorite toys, hiding spots, and preferred areas for pets and scratches. We'll also confirm your booking, collect any necessary keys or access codes, and provide links to the documentation of our license, bonding, and insurance if you request.

Each visit typically lasts between 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your pet’s individual needs. Some pups may need a little extra playtime or cuddles, while a shy kitty might prefer a quick visit with fresh food, clean water, and a quiet goodbye. We tailor each visit to make sure your fur baby feels safe, loved, and comfortable.
Absolutely! Dog walks are one of our favorite parts of the day—it’s great exercise for your pup and for us too! That said, your pet’s safety is always our top priority. We do not walk dogs when the temperature exceeds 85°F, as hot pavement can be harmful to their paws. Local veterinarians recommend scheduling walks during the early morning or later in the evening, when it's cooler and more comfortable for your furry friend.
If you are an existing client, then you can call us on the same day that you need service, and we will most likely be able to work you into our schedule. For new clients, we need a minimum of 72 hours for sign up, consultation, and scheduling (before we can commit and/or approve a booking)
We require a two-week notice for overnight services only. If you must cancel your day visits, no problem. Please let us know before your scheduled visit.
Our primary areas of service are Cave Creek, Carefree, North Scottsdale, Northeast Phoenix, and Desert Ridge. Please feel free to contact us, and we can confirm that your home is in our service area.

We will first attempt to contact you if your pet is in distress. If we are unable to reach you, we will then reach out to your emergency contacts that you have provided to us. If we are unable to reach you or your emergency contacts, and your pet is in need of immediate vet care, we will take your pet to the vet that you have placed on record. If it is after hours, we will take your pet to the nearest 24/7 Emergency Veterinarian Care center for treatment.
